Excellent location close to transport and shopping. Also it's close to the Red Light district. The restaurant was very nice. We ate there 3 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Georgia, Rohit, Letitia, Aleina (hope that's correct spelling), and Caillian. There's a little shop off the foyer that stocks souvenirs and essentials like phone chargers, toothbrushes, and items you may have forgotten to bring. Beds are comfortable and clean. Basic toiletries are provided. Breakfast is outstanding with every nationalty catered for. It includes pastries, hot food, cereal, fresh fruit, cold meats, and cheeses. Nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staff. Only criticism, which I could state, was after a 23-hour flight from Australia, our room, which we knew we couldn't enter until 3 pm, wasn't ready until 3.15pm. We walked the streets for 5 hours but at least we were able to have our suitcases stored in the hotel. Our room had a very small window which opened onto the rear of houses, so there was no view and it was dark. It would have been good to have a night light in the bathroom, so that we didn't disturb one another using the toilet during the night. That's a small negative though. The architecture of the hotel is unusual but innovative. The central foyer has a ceiling which opens in summer to admit fresh air. As it's made of glass, the area is very light and welcoming. Restaurant is located up a small staircase to what was formerly the Priest's residence. Original woodwork make it very atmospheric. Menu caters for all dietary requirements.

We loved everything! Breakfast was great with many delicious alternatives. Lovely restaurant area with the kindest most wonderful staff members. Our hotel room was very cosy, clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam (about 15 mins walk away from main railway station Centraal, also very close to popular sites. Rokin metro station is about 5-7 mins walk away, 10 mins walk to restaurants, 15-20 mins walk to Museum Insel where Rijskmuseum, Van Gogh Museum where many other museums are located (btw consider buying your museum tickets in advance online and instead of leaving it to box office on the day of your visit, you don't want to get disappointed). Even though the hotel is very central, sound isolation in the room was so good that we didn't hear any noise from the street during our entire stay. Beds so comfy that after walking 15K steps per day it was like therapy to sleep on those beds. Very safe and lovely hotel with best staff members who are so warm and welcoming. Free drinks and snacks at front desk until check in time that is 3pm. We appreciated the hotel, the staff members, breakfast and our room most of all. We will definitely visit Amsterdam again and most definitely will stay at Radisson Blu Amsterdam City Center again. We warmly recommend this hotel to all!

Room had everything you needed, steamer, hair dryer, sewing kit, shoe shiner, free umbrellas at the lobby, they held onto our bags after we checked out until we needed to come grab them. Bathroom had essential toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We booked as a gift for my husbands 40th, when I mentioned this we given free breakfast each morning of our stay. This was a lovely bonus as we found Amsterdam so expensive in general since we were last there 14 years ago. Water and refreshments also free to take to your room. Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Location was excellent! Would definitely stay again if we ever visit Amsterdam again.

We arrived at the hotel early but were able to check in as our room was ready. The staff on the reception were lovely and very nice to deal with. The room itself was so nice and spacious with plenty of room to move around. We did not eat in the hotel as we were always out wondering around but we had drinks in the bar on our last night and the staff was very nice and the bar itself was so relaxing. The hotel is in a great location 5 to 10 minute walk from Dam square so very central. I would recommend this hotel and I would absaloutly return.

Adam

The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and check in 3 hours early which was so handy as we had been travelling for quite a while beforehand. The room was spacious, very clean and had excellent amenities in the room. Shower was hot and powerful. When we checked out we were offered to store our bags and didn't need to ask. Our room was extremely quiet and clean and the location is absolutely amazing for Amsterdam centre. I was very impressed and will be staying again when I return next year.
